I began my journey with photography when I was in middle school. I took a photography class during summer camp and people around me told me I had a “good eye” - whatever that meant. I was so pleased with my spontaneous ideas (my favorite photo was actually an accident).
In 2016, I started taking photos of my friends and playing around with editing and filters and all that fun stuff. I slowly gained confidence with the positive feedback I got and realized I could charge money for my gifts and talents. Even though I have no “formal” photography training, I have been inspired by collaborations with talented friends (in particular, Robert Muzsi and Olivia Gesualdi). The love for the creative process and the people I work with runs deep.
For some reason, I always get the shot that maybe you weren’t expecting, but you are so glad to have. I resonate on the frequency of authenticity, and I love to capture that - I believe it makes people the most mesmerizing and brilliant to look at. Ultimately, that’s what photos are - still images to look at.
